Wedding Packages
All wedding packages can be customized to suit your individual needs and include a free consultation, photo disc of all high resolution edited images with a letter of permission to print. Also includes the services of one photographer and one vidiographer.
Basic Coverage - $800.00

Custom gallery art edits $100.00each
These are special pictures that have had a lot of time spent on them editing and transforming them into a piece of atwork. They are high-resolution images that would look beautiful being displayed as a plaque, acrilic print or canvas wrap. These edits are available for purchase and can also be requested if there is a specific picture you would like turned into a piece of timeless artwork.
New! Portable Photo Studio - $300.00
Brides and grooms can now treat their guests to a mini photo session at their wedding reception with our portable photo studio. Ashdown Photo will provide a professional backdrop and studio lighting to insure that your guests get high quality portraits. They have their choice of formal portraits or step outside the box and choose from our many props for outrageous portraits. All the photos will be displayed in a gallery on our website.
You can view all your photos in a personal gallery on our website. Photos will only be available for viewing on our site for 90 days.
*We are also available for destination weddings.
Wedding Package Breakdown
Services and products. A breakdown of the time involved when producing a wedding package.
- 1 hour initial consultation, metting with bride and groom to disguss their expectations and needs of photo and video coverage.
- 1 hour Minimum for scouting wedding location ( To see what we need for proper lighting, where are the best places for shooting etc...)
- Packing equipment, equipment checks, transportation to wedding minimum 1 hour.
- Photo and video coverage of the wedding day. Services of Photographer and Videographer. 3 - 10 hours depending on the packeage purchased.
- Packing up equipment, transportation home. Minimum 1 hour.
- Downloading pictures and video into computer 1 - 2 hours.
- Photo selection process 3 - 4 hours.
- Video clip selection 3 - 4 hours.
- Photo editing process (Photoshop) 15 - 20 hours.
- Video editing 20 - 30 hours.
- ​Setting up online gallery for website viewing 2 - 3 hours.
- Transfering the pictures to a photo disc 30 mins - 1 hour.
- Transfering video onto a DVD 1 - 3 hours.

At Ashdown Photo we spend a minimum of 60 hours devoted to your wedding. That means an $1800.00 package is only costing you $30 .00 per hour for the services of not one but two people experienced in photography, video and editing services.
